That was me! I had the bindings cut off of both Turley and the coding handbook. I've punched notebook holes in all and have everything I need in a smallish binder. I have the first four sections of handouts and chapters in the notebook. It makes it easier to read and complete the exercises. I have a job where I frequently run out of work and can do my coding homework. Having just the notebook is a lot more subtle. Now, all I need is a way to make the ICD-10 book the size of a deck of cards, and I'd be set. Lol.
