Daylight Savings Time Exhaustion

I'm not sure about anyone else, but daylight savings time really does a number on me.  All this past week, I was exhausted.  I would come home from work and take a 2-hour nap.  Then, I had to get up, eat supper (late), and then it was time for bed again, which I was ready for.  I feel much better today, but hoping the exhaustion doesn't set in later because I have a lot to get done (including course work).  When do you usually adjust to DST?  I tell people that I adjust when it's over :).

It takes me a couple three days to get over feeling tired  I don't change anything in my routine at all.  Same time to bed and to get up.  My husband however, takes much longer!  I don't know if he's over it yet..he's still tired!  For me it's a daylight thing; before the time change, it was getting daylight here around 6:30 then suddenly it's 7:30!  That's my major adjustment factor.
