I was wondering about that, too.  For the one with the spiral, I am planing to rotate that out and who knows what it can be used for.

Once working, it is a good idea to keep them around.  You never know when you may be audited or asked about an old chart (is it up to 7 years I think?).  Another option would be to donate them to a library or your local AAPC chapter.  Someone may have a use for them.
