I just have a quick question I'm doing the exam for neoplasm in module 1 and I was wondering do you list two codes or one for questions that give a secondary site and a primary site in the question. Or question that have two parts to them. ex fear of flying with panic attacks. I know up intill now its just been one code answers but now do we code everything?

Module 1 is one code for each question.
