I am taking my CCS tomorrow.  I took two practice exams from the CCS prep book and I did ok but I'm kind of freaking out.

Taking my deep breaths and reminding myself I'll be find... just slow down and read carefully.

are we allowed to take scrap paper to take notes on the case studies?

You won't be allowed to take anything into the testing center but they provide erasable white boards for you to use. If you have time this evening go back and read through the multiple choice questions in the prep book. You may not know the answer to something tomorrow but by reviewing the questions you will be able to identify what's not correct.
