Unacceptable Pdx as answers in coding exams

I am doing the coding exam in Module 1, Section 6- questions #16-30 are about Z codes.  And I'm running into codes that are unacceptable, yet they are the correct answer.  It is the weekend, and I am trying to make sure I understand clearly before turning in my exam.

When doing my coding exam, does it matter that the answer is an unacceptable pdx?  I have sent in an email to my instructor.  Thank you.

Hi Stephanie,

You do not have to worry about codes that are labeled as "unacceptable PDx" in Module I.  Good luck on the exam!

Furthermore, the pdx stands for primary diagnosis.

And for the purposes of module 1 exams, pdx is not necessary.
