Hi,
Just wondering if we need to still know ICD 9 and CPT 4 as we go out into the work world in coding? I've seen more than a few job ads with these in the description of required skills.

I asked this question awhile ago and if I remember correctly there are companies who are icd-10 exempt. Maybe nursing homes. It was awhile ago, so I'm not sure.

Okay, thanks, I will search the forums. The last ad I remember with these was an HCC coding position.
