Is there any way someone can share real-time coding example from a physician? All patient and physician demographics should be blacked out before uploading (if uploading is possible). If sharing of this nature is not possible, can someone please point me to a good example of a coding request from a physician on YouTube or some other website?

A real-time coding example wouldn't be allowed here - although HIPAA makes allowances for educational purposes, even those have to go through various checks and such from employers, and we don't want any of our students or graduates to get in trouble for posting something they shouldn't have.
As you move further into the course, what you are doing in your assignments and exams will be much closer to what you will do on the job, though even that will vary from one coding job to the next.
Maybe some of our working students or graduates can jump in here with a description of what they do on the job here, without providing any specific samples?
