I have some questions that I sent to the school last week (4/23 is the oldest) that I still haven't heard anything about. I am not being impatient. Just wondering.. I thought turnaround was 1 to 3 days on questions. I did email the school and got no reply. I have trouble with my email sometimes and wanted to make sure they went through or I can resend them. Thank you!

Give them a call and send another email just in case your first one did not go through.

Hi Michelle, I've had this happen to me a few times. I've been told it is because I put incorrect information in the subject line and it takes awhile to get it sent to the instructor. I would call though, it has been a while since you requested help. Also, you may want to check if your subject line is correct when you send in emails. I have had a difficult time with it myself.
