In the Medical terminology & anatomy for coding book, check out the student resources website Evolve. It has an outline for each chapter, I have not been to school for many years, it defiantly helps me to know what to write for my notes. The site has different things to help you study. Thought I would let everyone know, hope this helps. I personally have looked through the discussions for anything that will help me study.
