External Causes of Morbidity

Hi there!  I'm wondering if any Medical Coding students can help me understand a coding practice question.  I would email my instructor but being a long holiday weekend I'm sure I won't receive a response until Tuesday (and I would like to proceed to the exam).

I'm hung up on question #3 "Cyclist fell off a bicycle."  Why is this coded to:

transportation, pedal cyclist, specified type NEC V19.88XA

instead of:

activity, bike riding Y93.55

It seems there is not enough information to assume the cyclist is riding for transportation verses as an activity.  What am I missing?  Is it because of the key word "cyclist" that this is coded as a transportation incident verses an activity incident?  Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Also on the Injury and Poisoning practice codes does #3 have an incorrect answer?  I came up with S52.271B but the answer sheet has answer S52.271D. This seems wrong to me, but maybe I'm wrong?  If anyone is around tonight to clarify these two posts I would greatly appreciate your help.

These are both at the end of Module 1

Is this the CCW book?  What are the specific question numbers?  I will check back later and help answer later today if I know which ones you are working on.  I do not have enough information.
