Often when students are learning in increments, they don't recognize when they've made progress. It just happens a little bit day in, day out, week after week.
I would like for each of you to do a 'Learning Audit' for your own encouragement.
Ask yourself at the end of each week:
What do I know now that I didn't know this time last week?
What can I do now that I couldn't do this time last week?
What could I teach others to know or do that I couldn't teach them last week?
*Credit for the 'Learning Audit' goes to Stephen D. Brookfield, a genius in my opinion in the field of adult learning.
