IMPOSTERSHIP: I don't deserve to be here.

IMPOSTERSHIP: I don't deserve to be here.

There is a concept called "Impostership" where students, particularly at the beginning of a course, feel that they aren't good enough to be here.

The other students are smarter than I am.

They will discover that I don't deserve to be here.

I will be the ONLY one who won't make it to the end of the course and graduate.

Personal note here. I'm probably the only one who ever felt that way.  :)

Every now and then I feel that way especially when I run into tough chapters  such as Neoplasms; I wonder to myself just what have I gotten myself into!

I've felt the same way from time to time, but I figured if I've come this far I'm going to get through this. It might take me longer than some and I may not have managed my time very well in some areas and may not have learned everything yet but its just going to take some time.
